Nothing special staff Freindly enough once they decide to acknowledge you which can take quite awhile but that is probably a training issue. A simple be with you in a minute or thanks for waiting other than avoiding eye contact
Very slow and inattentive, It could be because the second staff worker was having a break but it was a little too long. My second issue was that they had no knowledge on whether or not they had gluten free snacks.

The decaf pour-over coffee was so terrible I couldn't drink it. You gotta get an overly sweet drink concoction to make the base coffee drinkable. Tasted like burnt dirt water. Lots of variety though, and the staff are nice.
