“This is my favourite location in Abbotsford. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere in general is welcoming. There isn’t a ton of space to sit inside this location but there is also space outside plus the service and the consistency in how my order is made right every time makes it worth it. When you’re paying for an expensive drink, you at least want it made right and with this location I never have to guess if the drink will be good or not.. it’s always good!“

“I recently visited Starbucks and had another great experience. One of the main reasons I keep coming back is their chai latte, which is always warm, flavorful, and made consistently well. It has the perfect balance of sweetness and spices, making it one of my favorite drinks on the menu.

I also enjoy trying their seasonal drinks whenever they are available. Starbucks regularly introduces new beverages throughout the year, and it is always exciting to see what they come up with next. Whether it is a fall-inspired drink or a refreshing summer option, there is usually something new to try.

Their bakery selection is another highlight. The pastries, muffins, croissants, and other baked goods pair nicely with coffee or tea and make for a convenient breakfast or snack. Everything I have tried has been fresh and tasty.

“During a recent visit to Starbucks at Sevenoaks, I witnessed something that truly touched my heart and showed me what exceptional customer service looks like.

While I was waiting for my drink, I noticed Bhawani cleaning tables, greeting customers with a smile, and checking in to make sure everyone was enjoying their visit. She wasn't just doing her job—she was genuinely connecting with people and making them feel welcome.

What happened next really stood out to me. There was an elderly lady sitting alone with her coffee. She appeared quite frail and was struggling to add cream and sugar to her drink because her hands were shaking. Bhawani noticed this immediately and kindly asked if the lady would like some assistance. After receiving permission, Bhawani went to wash up, put on food-preparation gloves, and carefully added the cream and sugar to the coffee, stirred it, placed the lid on the cup, and served it back to her.

But she didn't stop there.

The elderly lady also had a piece of banana bread and seemed to be having difficulty handling it. Bhawani quietly brought a plate, cut the banana bread into small bite-sized pieces, and made it easier for the lady to enjoy her food comfortably.

I was genuinely moved by this act of kindness. It wasn't something she had to do. There was no attention being drawn to it. It was simply a young woman noticing that someone needed help and treating them with dignity, patience, and compassion.

In a world where genuine care can sometimes feel rare, Bhawani reminded me that there are still people who go above and beyond for others. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to customers are truly remarkable. Starbucks is fortunate to have someone with such a caring heart representing their brand.

If I had to say anything negative, there is an unprofessional young man with a moustache who trash talks very loudly about his colleagues in front of customers too. “Not sure why other Starbucks aren't consistent with the taste of a Flat White but THIS location at Fraser Station made it PERFECTLY!!!

Vegetarian options: You can get the Spinach wrap that only has egg white.

“I came through the drive-thru this morning completely exhausted, running on barely three hours of sleep after heading out early to pick my partner up from the airport. I desperately needed a coffee, but of course my Apple Pay decided not to work and, in my exhaustion, I had forgotten my purse at home.
I unfortunately did not catch her name but on May 28 @ 7:08 am, The beautiful woman taking my order showed me such unexpected kindness and gave me my coffee free of charge. It may have seemed like a small gesture to her, but it genuinely turned my entire morning around. I was literally fighting to stay awake on my drive in from Vancouver, and that simple act of compassion meant more than she probably realizes.
It’s refreshing to encounter people who still lead with generosity and understanding!! Truly such lovely service, and I’ll absolutely be coming back again and again. 10/10 experience.“

Lineups can get quite long here due to hospital staff on breaks and visitors to Abbotsford Regional Hospital

ORDER AHEAD WITH THE APP (MOBILE ORDER):
If you plan to visit more than once, I highly recommend downloading the Starbucks app and ordering ahead. If you are new to the app, it will notify you when your order is being prepared and when it is ready for pickup

ONLY GIFT CARDS ACCEPTED FOR MOBILE ORDERS:
This location only accepts Starbucks gift cards for mobile orders, so if you are not already a regular customer you may need to purchase a physical gift card first and add it to the app. It took a few minutes to figure out, but it saved me a lot of time during the couple of weeks I was visiting the hospital.

TIMING:
Once set up, I would place my order about 7 to 10 minutes before arriving, and my drink would be ready when I got there. After that, I could easily reload my gift card in the app using Apple Pay whenever the balance ran low.

STAFF:
I had only positive experiences here and was surprised by some of the negative reviews. There are also plenty of breakfast options, which was helpful while I was staying at a hotel.

PARKING:
If you are not familiar with this hospital, parking can be difficult between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM Monday to Friday, so allow extra time to find a spot. When I arrived between 7:30 and 8:30 AM, I was always able to find parking fairly quickly. On two occasions when I arrived later, I had to circle the lot for about 5 to 15 minutes before finding someone leaving“
