“I don't even like Starbucks that much but this place has the best staff out of all Starbucks locations I've been to in Lower Mainland.

Food: I didn't like the brownie (too sweet, sticky and soft). Croissant was great.“

“This is my favourite location in Abbotsford. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere in general is welcoming. There isn’t a ton of space to sit inside this location but there is also space outside plus the service and the consistency in how my order is made right every time makes it worth it. When you’re paying for an expensive drink, you at least want it made right and with this location I never have to guess if the drink will be good or not.. it’s always good!“

“Stopped by for a coffee to relax after a long journey. I had a cappuccino with oat milk, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the washroom was clean and well-maintained.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice spot to unwind and enjoy a good coffee.“

“I just wanted to say I’m a Starbucks lover, but this year the holiday drinks were absolutely disgusting I don’t know why they got rid of the eggnog latte I tried the sugar cookie one the oat pecan , oat eggnog Honestly tasted undrinkable A waste of money they all had a strange taste to them which I kind of expected with the oat milk, they all tasted off Honestly, just stick to your regular Starbucks drink other than that, the service at this Starbucks is great. They’re always fast and they always make my regular drink order delicious. !!“

“I don’t write reviews ever but I looove this store. Service is warm and coffee is amazing, the baristas that work here are lovely and make my drink right every time. If I had to say anything negative, there is an unprofessional young man with a moustache who trash talks very loudly about his colleagues in front of customers too. Real unprofessional behaviour that sours an otherwise amazing bucks. Keep up the great work“

“I just wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your staff members, Jaylen, for her incredible kindness and patience. My son, who is on the autism spectrum, sometimes struggles with ordering on his own, and it can be an overwhelming experience for him. Jaylen went out of her way to make him feel completely comfortable and supported. She was so sweet, patient, and understanding, and she truly made a difference in our visit. Because of her, what could have been a stressful situation turned into a positive and enjoyable one for both of us. “I recently visited Starbucks and had another great experience. One of the main reasons I keep coming back is their chai latte, which is always warm, flavorful, and made consistently well. It has the perfect balance of sweetness and spices, making it one of my favorite drinks on the menu.

I also enjoy trying their seasonal drinks whenever they are available. Starbucks regularly introduces new beverages throughout the year, and it is always exciting to see what they come up with next. “I have been to so many locations that can't make my fairly simple drink properly (caramel macchiato made with coconut milk, a lot simpler than most people's orders from there.) This location made it PERFECTLY. And the staff are so quick and kind! I wish they worked in my town ?“

“I came through the drive-thru this morning completely exhausted, running on barely three hours of sleep after heading out early to pick my partner up from the airport. I desperately needed a coffee, but of course my Apple Pay decided not to work and, in my exhaustion, I had forgotten my purse at home.
I unfortunately did not catch her name but on May 28 @ 7:08 am, The beautiful woman taking my order showed me such unexpected kindness and gave me my coffee free of charge. It may have seemed like a small gesture to her, but it genuinely turned my entire morning around. I was literally fighting to stay awake on my drive in from Vancouver, and that simple act of compassion meant more than she probably realizes.
It’s refreshing to encounter people who still lead with generosity and understanding!! Truly such lovely service, and I’ll absolutely be coming back again and again. 10/10 experience.“
