Starbucks in Chilliwack

“This location is by far the best one in Chilliwack or anywhere I have been. The staff is always so nice and always seem to be having fun. I spilled my entire venti iced coffee today and went to buy another one and they replaced it for me without question. They turned my bad day around! Appreciate you all!!“

“One of my new favourite Starbucks locations. First, as I walked in, all I could see was a nicely spread out, spacious atmosphere. Then, as I walked up to the counter I got the biggest, most welcoming smile from this older gentleman named Kevin. Watching him interact with fellow staff and customers was a beautiful site. You can tell that internal customer service has the same value to external service. Thanks Kevin for making my experience so encouraging and memorable.
Another thing that was SO NICE. The staff were friendly, yet professional looking. They didn’t look like they were trying to make a personal statement, except we are here to serve you. No weirdly coloured hair, no toques with cat ears, or piercings all over screaming, look at me, just, let me serve you.

“Happy to get my birthday drink after being refused at the one across the street. Staff here were happy to help as I thought I lost my birthday drink because of the other place denied it. Wish they would offer at all Starbucks otherwise only support corporate locations.“

“Used the drive thru. The person who helped me was very pleasant. The sun was shining in her eyes all morning due to the position of the sun. I felt bad for her. They should be able to wear sunnies during their work shift to protect their delicate eyes.

“I love their matcha latte with oat milk. Keep it 1/4 sweet and enjoy. Their food is hit and miss. There are a few things I eat consistently. We love their seasonal cookies (fox and snowman). The service is fine. Every once in a while there will be a standout, but usually I don’t see the same person twice.“

“Stopped by on Saturday morning for a quick coffee break while wandering around downtown Chilliwack and ended up staying way longer than planned. The barista working the counter around 9am was super friendly and even remembered my order when I came back the next day for a pastry. Seating by the window was perfect for people watching while sipping my iced caramel macchiato. Parking out front was easy too, which made the whole stop feel effortless.“
