“I want to give a special THANK-YOU to Matthew and the entire staff at Valley Fair Starbucks. Been coming here for years with my dog, placed a large order and had an emergency. 2 Hours later I came back to get it, Matthew personally expedited my order and added a bunch of free cake pops. After a very stressful few hours with my dog, Matthew definitely made my day easier and better. This is customer service at its finest. “The people are so nice and they will change your order for free sometimes and their just the sweetest they will also sometimes if they mess up your order they will give you the one they messed up and your original order so you get two drinks“
