“This was the third of 2 other starbucks i went to for the day. Really wanted a cold brew however there was none available. When asked why this was the second location with no cold brew within a 10 min period as we drove here from the other lougheed hwy location. Barissta told me they only brew it when they have time? I have awesome service from Starbucks consistantly but something seemed a miss at this location and the other.“

OMG, I finally hit Gold Status and ran to this Safeway location to grab the special menu! 🏃💨 I was lowkey nervous because my English isn't perfect and I couldn't mobile order, but the three baristas here are literal ANGELS. 😇💖
They were so patient and sweet while helping me out! 🥺 One of them even gave me a choice between a straw and a stirrer—I love the attention to detail! 🥤✨
The drink looks absolutely stunning (so aesthetic! 📸) and the taste is literally heavenly. 🤤🔥 5 stars isn’t enough, I’d give them 100 if I could! Tysm to the iconic baristas for making my day. You guys are the best! 🫶✨🌈✨“

I had a fantastic experience at this Starbucks thanks to Josh and Aryana. I realized I’d mistakenly ordered the wrong drink, and they handled the situation with so much kindness and genuine empathy. Instead of making me feel like a bother, they went above and beyond to make sure I left with exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find that level of customer care. These two are absolute gems!“
