“I visit this Starbucks at 8525 Sea Island Way almost every day and the team here is amazing. The staff are always friendly, organized, and super fast, and they greet me by name as soon as I walk in. It’s such a small thing but it really makes my mornings better. Even when it’s busy, everything runs smoothly. Really appreciate the great service from this team!“

“I don’t think Starbucks really needs a review, but the Sweden location is personally my favorite. There are two Starbucks on Bridgeport, and even though the Bridgeport & No3 one is closer, I always drive to this location instead.

I genuinely feel like the baristas here make better drinks than any other Starbucks I’ve been to in Vancouver or Richmond combined. I’ve never once had to complain or felt disappointed with my drink. The baristas here honestly make my mornings.“

“Dickson the manager runs a friendly and very clean Starbucks at the Ironwood location.
Aside from sharing some funny banter with me shortly after I arrived, Dickson went above and beyond in service excellence when he saw I was waiting just an extra moment in time for my coffee.
Front line staff express warm and genuine welcoming greetings to customers as they enter the cafe, definitely a rare yet refreshing occurrence these days.
Highly recommend a visit and chill at this location.“

“I'm a regular customer of this store. I don't have a problem regarding the food, drinks or service.

One thing i want to highlight is about the cleanliness. Everytime i come, i do clean my own table using napkin and my own hand sanitiser. Whether it's busy or not, please make sure one staff available for cleaning the dine-in area.“

“i forgot to post this last night but I always avoid this starbucks because the people here are rude however theres this girl with purple har, i think her name is Raziel and she was the sweetest and kindest person ever. she asked me how I was doing and wrote this cute cat and message on my cup “you are loved” which im keeping on my shelf. she made my day and she change my view on this store. 100% great and fast service!!“

“As you sure, this is a great place for coffee. I usually come here, but this is the first time I do a reveal since I feel I owe him a good reveal. I’ve been here for many years, enjoying my sip every day. The breakfast and the bakery is also fantastic which combined with a good hot Americano, which is amazing for every day start. “Great Coffee . A Grande latte with two extra shots is ten bucks after a tip .. unbelievably I used to go here every day . No wonder I'm not a millionaire now , lol . I didn't mean to say that the service was a three . I hit it accidentally and couldn't get it back . The service was great . However I'm still lamenting the ten bucks .“

“Encounter some problems on App when trying to add some fund to my card. A staff named Sarah acknowledged my situation and patiently provided me some alternatives, eventually I can load some fund to my Starbucks card and make purchases. Great customer service. Definitely will visit this store more often for my daily fuel on weekdays“

Even though I don’t recall his exact name, he left a very strong impression on me.

“Great experience one of the best Starbucks around the area. The Frappuccino is perfect a good snack and drink from a long shopping day. De Americano coffee is one of the best. Also, I will suggest you pick a seat, please, and then lineup for your drink otherwise it would be too late. You may also try to move order to avoid line. I hope this one stay.“
