Starbucks in Richmond

“Beware! I just got an Impark ticket for $98 for parking outside of this Starbucks! Apparently, you’re now supposed to register your vehicle. I’ve been coming to this location for years and have never had to register my vehicle. It’s outrageous. And the manager doesn’t care and said it’s not their problem.“

“My favourite Starbucks in Richmond! Lots of space which makes it great for longer sitting. Staff are routinely nice and friendly even in the morning. Plus my mobile orders are always made quickly. Never had a bad experience despite my many visits!“

“And no, Starbucks is not my first choice for grabbing a coffee, and the reason why I go, is because there is a standard, and that standard is being pleasant, like the barristas at this joint, repeated quality is how incremental evolution, of a thing, is arrived at. And shareholders change all the time, and boards are constantly reshuffled, at the ground level, and front line, its a cute voice that lists the options available, and what she's tried, and what I feel like, and if I would like it warmed up, and for the wanderer who wonders about others opinion, there is nothing like dem folks up near and around Richmond endz, big up!“

“I'm a regular customer of this store. I don't have a problem regarding the food, drinks or service.

One thing i want to highlight is about the cleanliness. Everytime i come, i do clean my own table using napkin and my own hand sanitiser. Whether it's busy or not, please make sure one staff available for cleaning the dine-in area.“

“The staff at this Starbucks are always friendly, hardworking, and provide great customer service. The only problem is that there aren’t enough employees, so the wait can be long. Every time I’ve visited over the past few weeks, there’s been a long line and only one person working. Even so, the employee stayed friendly and handled everything really well. I also love the location and the atmosphere. I hope they can schedule more staff to support their great team.“

“We ordered a Venti drink and then asked the girl at the end of the counter (where the drinks are ready for pickup) to please give us a couple smaller cups for sharing. One of the cup lids was not securing correctly and so unfortunately quite a bit of the drink spilled all over my nephew’s shorts. Supervisor Dhvani offered to remake the entire Venti size drink even though only 1/4 had spilled. We didn’t want to get a new Venti size drink made so kindly declined her offer but really appreciated Dhvani for offering to make a new one. It’s just awesome customer service so thanks for the kind gesture! We also want to thank the girl (at the end of the counter where the drinks are ready for pickup) for being very friendly and helpful to us! Awesome job at customer service.“

“10/10 to the lady with holly earrings and red lip stick she kept up amazing customer service despite the chaos of red cup day. shame to management for not scheduling more people on such a busy day. staff should have been payed double for what they had to deal with today.“

“Great Coffee . A Grande latte with two extra shots is ten bucks after a tip .. unbelievably I used to go here every day . No wonder I'm not a millionaire now , lol . I didn't mean to say that the service was a three . I hit it accidentally and couldn't get it back . The service was great . However I'm still lamenting the ten bucks .“

​Located right on No. 3 Road, this Starbucks is quite spacious with plenty of seating available, especially on weekdays. The interior follows the classic Starbucks design—consistent and comfortable.
​One of the biggest pluses here is the parking; there are tons of spots in the front, side, and back, so you never have to worry about finding a space. The restrooms are notably clean, likely because they are code-protected. Service is standard and professional, just what you’d expect from Starbucks. Overall, a very convenient and reliable location!“

“Great experience one of the best Starbucks around the area. The Frappuccino is perfect a good snack and drink from a long shopping day. De Americano coffee is one of the best. Also, I will suggest you pick a seat, please, and then lineup for your drink otherwise it would be too late. You may also try to move order to avoid line. I hope this one stay.“

“EXCELLENT as usual!!!! When I stayed at the resort ( not my first time there this year) I ordered Pumpkin spice latte one of my favourite drink for this season ?and it was amazing!!!The staff is always beyond excepcional and always receive me with a smile.In addition, they always have lots of cool merchandise that you cannot find at other locations.“

“Serene was an amazing help explaining my stars to me. I have Starbucks quite a lot, but have had a Timmy’s gift card for a year- however they refuse gift cards at most hospitals and airports, but Starbucks always comes through on top.

“This Starbucks located is situated inside of the Richmond Lansdowne location inside the T&T supermarket so this visit will feel more of an asian atmosphere. So far of my many visits at this location I had no problems which I’m glad and the baristas are super kind. I would recommend to come!“
