As someone who works all day, and goes to school in the evenings, coffee is a must for me, and the staff at this location is what makes my commute to UBC exciting and enjoyable. Hussain and Rosie are super friendly and personal, and always go above and beyond to make my visits memorable. They always make an effort to acknowledge me, even when they might be really busy. It Was Sunday Morning on September 3rd, around 630ish when the the store was just opened, starting getting busy, because i can see lots of People check out from the Hotel side, and Cafe was getting pack, at the time i can see cashier May was doing her Best to take Order, and Barisa Sophie was helping cashier warm the Foods and making Drinks, she was like walking back and forth. EXCELLENT as usual!!!! When I stayed at the resort ( not my first time there this year) I ordered Pumpkin spice latte one of my favourite drink for this season ?and it was amazing!!!The staff is always beyond excepcional and always receive me with a smile.In addition, they always have lots of cool merchandise that you cannot find at other locations.
