Quite a disappointing visit from a customer service POV. No genuine connection. Cashier didn't ask for my name. Although I handed my payment directly to her hand, she placed my change on the counter. I found this a little rude. Drink standards are not being followed at this location. I believe focus on training and accountability would benefit this location. Diversity with staff might also help. Something for the LS Starbucks leadership team to consider.
I came in today at 9:39am, the barista at the counter named Eason. Very rude and lacks customer service. I hope starbucks or TnT trains him more. After the client in front of me, he went to the side to assemble a coffee carrier, i stood there for a minute or two as i wait for him to finish. Hin on the other hand said nothing — like im expecting a service per starbucks standards, like telling me “i will be with you shortly”. But nothing, silence. I asked the staff in the morning if she could help make me a coffee based on the recipe shown on my receipt. After taking a quick look at it, she told me she couldn’t because the store didn’t have cold foam. However, no alternative options or substitutions were offered, so I had no choice but to leave feeling confused and disappointed.
