I went to this Starbucks after picking up items at TNT (around 8:30am), at this point there was NO customers waiting but possible mobile order?Anywho, my Starbuck card needed to be reloaded, and the staff was not friendly. Somehow my phone at the brightest wasnt able to scan, I tried at least 5 times (while they were doing their own thing) before they offered to help by holding the scanning machine. Then I was like can u enter it? As I pass the phone to them, my phone fell on the counter, facing down, they just pointed at the phone without saying a word (aka flip your phone I ain't doing it). I was like okay, finally scanned and I paid the amount I wanted to load, needed to scan my Starbucks card again, and obviously didn't work.Look, I had my phone at my brightest, no troubleshooting what so ever. If they offered the help, they could've done my drinks by now. Worst Starbucks experience ever ... First and last time :)

Order an espresso drink request extra water, staff refused to add me the water. Because she told us that is the Americano’s recipe. Since when I am not allow to request water as a customer? April 9. 9:50

I ordered a flat white and mocha for my husband. But I got 2 mochas instead. Weird, I went and told them she is not happy and just says throw it I will change it. She did changed but her face said she’s not happy about.

The cashier at this location got an attitude, just like other posts regarding to this location .Pls go to another Starbucks location in Richmond and avoid this little stand by T and T.The customer service is sub-standard, compared to other locations. The cashier’s attitude has major issues.

Avoid this store at all costs… we order a more or less complex drink but wanted light ice, the barista literally asked us how much ice do you want? She continued on asking what’s your definition of light ice? I feel like if you work at Starbucks you shouldn’t be asking cx how much ice is light ice ??

Friday, Oct 20 around 1:45-2:00pm at T&T supermarket, Lansdowne Mall, Richmond. Paid at checkout #11. When I paid, there was only a woman in front of me. When I am done paying, I packed my groceries and as I turned back ready to go, there was this Asian man standing less than 1cm away from me. I stared at him and told my teenage girl that this man is weird and up to no good. He then pretended he was waiting for the cashier where I paid for my grocery. Later, my daughter told me he did the same to her. Standing close to her (we did not even notice). This man stands around 5ft 5-6 ft, he was holding a red shopping bag at that time. T&T, I hope you can check your CCTV and mark down this man. He is up to no good. Email me if you want me to be a witness. We women and girls should feel safe to shop at your store. This man is so professional- you cannot know and the next minute, he is right next to you. He should be MARKED and reported to POLICE!

So disappointed with Starbucks ice latte. Tast watery. So bad mostly disappointed since i haven been a big fan of latte for years. Never buy again.

I ordered my regular double shot with cream and extra whole milk. The girl gave me half cup and super dark not how i usually get. I asked nicely for a bit more milk and one of the employee gave me the dirty eyes. She told me straight up that they dont do it. I said usually other starbuck would just fill it up a bit more with milk and asked for milk. She told me that was what i would get because I paid only $3 as what it showed on my receipt. Then she stopped the other girl from making another drink even tho i didnt ask for a remake. And she pulled out a paper shot cup, poured a tiny bit milk and threw it in front of me.I’ve been with starbuck so many years and never being treated like this. If you dont want to serve a $3 drink, take it off your menu. And my point here is that employee’s attitude. Dont come to work if you dont want to. No one owes you anything to act like that!!!

I bought small mug ornaments in this store. I went back to exchange cause one of them lost its red stripe. Few days later, i found the package is not completed without the sku label. I’m collector. I hope my mugs with the sku label. I went back to ask if I can change it. I’m surprise I got the answer is 我已經給你換過一次了,不能再換了!而且我們沒有撕掉條碼。I’ve already let you chang one time not second time. The recipe doesn’t mention change one time only. And told me they never took off the sku label. So what happened to my mugs?I don’t like the attitude just like she gave me the chance to change it.Yeah…….I really should checked everything when I paid.The Starbucks customer service told me I can do exchange after purchasing not only one time.This store doesn’t follow it.I don’t wanna talk too much in store. I told myself never mind just a bad shopping experience.
