“The employee went above and beyond in service. I went to this location at a quiet time and placed a mobile order. The employee came outside to see what I ordered and went inside to grab me my drink because I had my dog and also a baby stroller.“
“This is a kiosk, located in the food court. Although it's not a very big place, they have quite a few baristas and exceptionally quick. Although there was a long line up, they went through it very quickly. I decided to do a mobile order, when I saw the long line up and it was extremely fast as well. Kudos to them!“

“While there’s a lot to like about this Starbs, this morning they were pumping Toxic by Britney Spears and while I agree it’s a hot jam, 5am is not the time for Queen B. I used to take my book with me in the morning with the hope that I could do some reading, but sadly who’s ever choosing the music is still in clubbing mode from the night before on most mornings which doesn’t really set the mood. Missing the old jazz and indie playlists in general from Starbs which were incredibly curated and surprisingly erudite.“
“We arrived 20 minutes before they usually close on Sundays and we were informed that they closed early because they ran out of their stock. The barista however was nice enough to offer a free coffee since the till was closed. Starbucks employees sometimes go far and beyond to make sure customers" satisfaction is met. That is appreciated. “I think it depends on your luck, if you got a good cashier/ and barista. I had a good experience today because I am a coffee drinker but for once I need to order a drink to share with my toddler. The cashier, named Ace, gave a few options but the one he first thought of was double chocolate chip frap. Ie no coffee but just mocha syrup. It was a hit for the family. Thanks for the suggestion Ace.“

“As of recently I have not been able to pay for Starbucks like I used to for every morning due to living expenses BUT when I do go, I am always greeted to fast and friendly service. I love the energy all your workers have, morning and night crew!“

Otherwise on Friday or the weekend, I’ll find everyone is always working hard when studying and catching up with people, since this is a great place because it’s not too crowded in a large area. “This is a busy Starbucks located in the middle of the food court. Despite the traffic, the staff are all friendly and helpful.I'd like to give a shout-out to Rocque (I'm sorry if I have misspelled the name). I rarely buy from Starbucks, and if I do, it's just always a matcha frappe. I redeemed my birthday rewards in this location and asked the staff (Rocque) what does he recommend. He excitedly told me his favorite blend and checked with me if it suited my taste. Boy, it was really good! I appreciate that he went above and beyond to recommend something for me when I was clueless about what I wanted to get. Thanks a lot!“

“I've been to many Starbucks in the past and I've never felt the need to leave a review for staff. This time it was different. I was helped by a lady named Lee (spelling?). She was friendly and patient when I was trying to decide what latte to order. She provided a recommendation for me that was really good without me having to ask. I got a matcha latte with a scoop of lavender powder. She was genuinely friendly and even said "thank you" to me after I ordered. I had a really great customer service experience because of her.
