Beware - this is the SLOWEST Starbucks - they are busy but not any more than any other store, and yet, you need to order ahead by at least 20 minutes to get your drink. Today I waited 23 minutes for a single iced espresso. Not sure if they just cheap out on staffing or if it’s a training issue or what it potentially is but either way this is the only Starbucks that has ever really tested my patience

Starbucks Coffee Company at Market Crossing is a very busy location, especially since another nearby store closed. The atmosphere is great, with welcoming music, and it is always tidy and clean. The staff are super friendly, kind, and polite, often providing wonderful service, such as carefully confirming orders and remaking drinks for customer peace of mind. They offer a wide selection, with more food items to choose from and drinks that are made very well, like the Frappuccino and pink drinks. However, the customer area has shrunk and there are not enough seats, with chair cushions that are not great for staying a while. While usually efficient, during peak times the wait can be long. Overall, it is a place that never disappoints and comes highly recommended for its consistent drinks and friendly service.
