I always loved this Starbucks until this morning. The “new manager” John is such a pathetic, unprofessional and mean person. I would give a 5 star ⭐️ if he wouldn’t be the new person in charge . ?

As a student, my recent visit to Starbucks left much to be desired. While I don't mind a friendly atmosphere among employees, the wait times for my coffee were unacceptable.
