“I always go to this Starbucks on my bike rides, because it’s so nice and I love the outdoor seating! The inside is also very nice and modern.
Today I ordered an Iced S’mores Chai on the app, they were out of it, probably and app glitch or something. What really made my day is that they were so sorry and apologetic, even offered me a bigger size for free, I politely declined because I didn’t need the bigger size and they made my new drink so great! I just want to shout out the baristas here.

“Food was so good - bagel bites with oh so yummy filling. But, today was the very first time I had terrible coffee. They didn't have dark roast, which is what I usually have. Instead I was given medium roast that must have been sitting for hours. I couldn't stomach it so out into the trash it went. Again never had this happen before at Starbucks. I guess there's a first for everything.“
“This is probably the cleanest Starbucks I’ve been to. I used to live nearby about 6–7 years ago, and it was just okay back then. However, in my recent visits, it has been amazing. The store is very clean, my drink is always made correctly, and the staff create a positive and welcoming atmosphere. I honestly wish this team worked at the Starbucks location I visit daily near my work.

“One of the best Starbucks branches I’ve visited so far. I ordered the Pink Drink, and it was so good that I ended up ordering it twice. I believe one of the baristas was named Ms. Thelma, along with another barista who assisted me. They were both exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Their excellent customer service made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting this location if you’re looking for great drinks and outstanding service.“

“Update as of 02/17/2026: DriveThru TM is still not happy. Not happy, nor smile at all. I ordered multiple items, up-to 4or5 items and everytime he hands me my items, I say thank you but he never budge to return with a single word. Felt personal, since I was just there 3-4 days ago. Hoping he will recognize me but nothing felt special on the CS but kindly felt bad CS.
1st Review: First time going to Starbucks with a very transactional purchase. Not a big deal, it might either be too early on the day (7:30am 😅). And I am just used to them being too friendly which I enjoy, its a very great customer service touch. Just my initial observation from the speaker and did not top up when I reach the window until I left, nothing special.
Dont get me wrong, 98% of my time in this location, I get a great service. But one in Terminal Ave is always consistently great 🤭“

“First, out a big shout out to Jeremy for making the best pour over in a long line of coffee shops we've been to. He is most pleasant and is so efficient at his job.
Secondly, there are 3 clean bathrooms. No line ups at all.
The use of space for an industrial feel space is decorated perfectly. We will be back.“

“A nice Starbucks close to the train so convenient location I often drop into due to last minute decisions of realizing where I'm going have no Starbucks n I probably won't like an overpriced latte on taste and price 😂 because a LOT of places already charges more than Starbucks prices with smaller portions and NOT as good when it comes to lattes and even more customizations options.
And Starbucks with ONE or TWO Exceptions STILL holds 1st place in customer service quality 😊
We still boycott the Granville & Georgia Street location due to the staffs LACK of compassion and refusal to give us a cup of water for my daughter who was fasting for a medical appointment, we boycotted ALL Starbucks as a whole for a long time because we were told it was new policy to buy something before they can give us water 💧 😱. Overall I'm watching 👀 all the Starbucks and mindful of how much we go, the blessing: I save money for other experiences 😉 😀“
“Blown away by the service we were given by Arianne. She greeted us with the most warm and genuine smile and made us feel at ease after a long day of shopping. We took a bit longer trying to figure out our order but she was very patient with us and helped guide us to make the right choice. The drinks we got were better than we expected because of the careful effort she put into it. Since there wasn’t a wait, she even delivered the drinks to us and wrote us a sweet note. “The main complaint about this location is how inaccurate the wait times are when ordering on the app. This location gets very busy, it has become much more of a grab and go location. Seating is minimal with many seats taken by individuals on laptops. The location is modern with lots of wood tons. On a good busy intersection close to the greenway and Elm Park. The only other decent coffee shop nearby is Honolulu Coffee on East Boulevard which also gets really busy. The atmosphere of this location changed over the years, used to be a lot more cozy. Not a good spot to meet for coffee. Get to go or go somewhere else. The staff here is very friendly and is very accommodating to the older demographics.“

“We occasionally come here on weekends ,and Millie is very attentive. Know that the condiments are self serve, but with us carrying many things or maybe just noticing other situations around us, she quietly took care of everything without us even having to ask. Not the especially chatty or outwardly friendly type. But the way she handles things with care, works efficiently and quickly, and just steadily gets on with her work stans out every time. Busy or not, seems like the kind of person who just notices what's needed and does it. It's the kind of thoughtfulness that stays with you in a good way. Thank you, Millie😃“

“The egg, pesto and mozzarella sandwich was a decent size and had a good amount of egg and pesto.The egg seemed a bit processed, but wasn't bad. I was also excited to try the ube coconut latte, but was disappointed. I couldn't taste any ube and coconut was vaguely there. The customer service was friendly and welcoming. They had our order which was 4 drinks and 3 sandwiches (warmed) ready in about 5 minutes or less. I was extremely impressed with how fast they were able to do this.
The customer service was 5 stars, but the food and drink I would rate as 3.5 stars.“

“A large Starbucks branch (reserve) located on this street.
This branch also sells merchandise of Vancouver and Canada. Expect to find a lot of empty seats as it is usually not that crowded.

“This Starbucks is spacious for sitting at different tables and they have a large variety of coffees and goodies. I ordered a large special coffee and bagels with cream cheese.
The barristas and other Starbucks staff are friendly and helpful to me and my friend. I was also able to practice a couple of languages here.“

“The staff provide consistently attentive and professional service from start to finish. They even serve water in glass cups, which is a lovely touch. The atmosphere is peaceful and creates a real sense of comfort.
However, to make the atmosphere even better, I would suggest adding some bar stools by the window. At the moment, we have to stand when we want to enjoy the view from that area. I hope that next time, we will have the chance to sit and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere.“

I especially want to recognize the manager, Rowan, who took the time to patiently answer my questions about Starbucks' company policy regarding support for a local fundraiser. Their professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. It's refreshing to see a team that genuinely cares about both its customers and the community.

“Surprisingly spacious despite the construction crowd!
This Starbucks near Cambie and 41st is incredibly busy, mainly due to the massive Oakridge Mall redevelopment across the street. You'll see many construction workers and commuters here, but the shop is surprisingly large with plenty of seating. Even with the high foot traffic, I’ve always been able to find a spot to sit down.
The service is standard and efficient, and the environment is kept quite clean despite how busy it gets. It’s a reliable spot for a coffee break if you’re in the area.“
“Had amazing service from Zoey (who I believe is the manager) today. She has incredible interpersonal skills and she really understands how to treat a customer! Her other staff was lovely as well; everyone took the care and time to ensure that my order was exactly what I wanted (ie. extra cinnamon in both my latte and oatmeal! Yum!) “This is my favourite Starbucks on UBC campus! Not only is the staff always friendly and accommodating, they make the best drinks every single time (and when a mistake is rarely made, they always fix it super quickly!). They also don’t charge for no ice (unlike other Starbucks on campus) and offer plastic straws (both big wins for me!). Everyone that works here deserves a raise!!

“I like Starbucks, but their lunch menu is very limited. You should change a few things around. Add BBQ pork sandwich, taste more like smoked meat, not so sweet, because 🕶 don't like western style BBQ sauce. Make your drink less sweet, need to watch out for your food source, specially where does your sugar come from. Use light, flakey food source instead of heavy duty 🪨. You know what I mean. Good luck with your business, hope you can open several more stores.“

“This Starbucks is located inside the Safeway on Broadway and McDonald. It is one of the better Starbucks I have seen inside a Safeway. It has a very nice sitting area which appears to be busy every time I come to do my shopping. The food and the coffee are like any other at Starbucks everywhere. The service is good and here it is better than others. I like lattes and decaf coffee or hot chocolate. Simple drinks with no additives like some of my high maintenance friends. Because of my simple requests I often find Starbucks options a bit much but it is always a quick order for me.I recommend this Starbucks. It is a nice place to sit and have a conversation even when people around you are shopping. People don't pay much attention to you as they are busy scanning for shopping items so you don't feel crowded.“

“Starbucks inside parkade, more of a grab and go spot while shopping at the outdoor mall. Some seating available, not the most comfortable spot for chatting. The layout is weird and the store is overall small. If you like parkade views this is the spot.
Not sure why but at this location if you order ahead on the app you have to ask for your drink, they don’t put the drink on the counter. They keep order ahead behind a ledge, not sure what’s the logic.
Toilets are small but clean. Accessible toilets here available.“
