“I bring my 2 year old here every week. Today she accidentally spilled a snack box all over the floor and as I moved to clean it up, a manager came right over with a broom and insisted that I stop and fully took care of the mess. My kiddo loves getting a sticker here each time as well“

“This place is different than all of the Starbucks I’ve been to before. The baristas are so friendly and the vibes and atmosphere is so light making my stay very enjoyable and comfortable. My drinks EVERYTIME tastes so good. My favorite part in this coffee shop are definitely the baristas. We rarely find friendly service nowadays and this place is topnotch. My go to Starbucks in Surrey even though I have to drive 20 mins to come here. It’s worth it. Definitely a recommend!“

“My brief interaction with Kylie was so memorable that I’m still thinking about it a week later! I approached her as she was wiping a table to ask the bathroom code and I don’t think I’ve ever interacted with an employee who was that happy to help me before, at any store. The second she turned to me she had a big smile, and she hustled to the back to check the code for me. She seemed so genuinely happy to help me that I was kind of taken aback. It was such a quick, simple interaction but there was something about her that stuck with me, and now I have a super positive impression and want to come back to this location!“

“Our PAC is so thankful to this particular Starbucks location. Especially to the management of the Starbucks, special mention to Diana and team. Many of our school, staff and families frequent this specific location as it is in close proximity of our school.
Earlier this year, our school suffered a horrible fire in which the main building of our school was completely shut down. On two separate occasions, we were able to rely on Starbucks to help boost our staff morale by providing donated coffee for our staff, once during the first week of the fire when we were in the unknown of how classrooms were going to operate and then again, now, near the end of our school year, where our school community has now come back to our main school, with parts of it still closed. They were able to generously donate coffee for our staff appreciation lunch which warmed many hearts💕“

Not only that Lucas was friendly, he also tried helping with the app although we finally scanned the phone app. Furthermore, he’s kind during Drink Refill and delivered the it to where I was sitting. “I frequent many Starbucks locations, usually via drive-thru, during my work week. This location has the absolute, loveliest staff. We come here daily while hour This Starbucks is located at the Morgan Crossing shopping centre and has a great location. The staff is friendly and provides excellent customer service. While the drinks aren’t always made perfectly, the friendly and polite staff makes up for it. It’s one of the better Starbucks locations we have. We visit daily while our child is in therapy classes, and the consistency is impressive. ☺️“

“I have been to all of the local Starbucks in South Surrey, and this location is extremely consistent in producing a quality long pour Americano. I am not certain as to why this is not always consistent across the board at some of the other locations... Some say it is the machine or the Barista, etc. Even when this location updated their machines, they still produce an amazing long pour Americano - thank you, thank you! Julie, Maria, and Kevin are super!“

“I've noticed since the reopening after covid that this is one of the friendliest and nicest Starbucks around, I used to avoid this location and drive past it to go to other Starbucks because staff weren't that friendly and the parking was so frustrating but now it seems like the culture has changed, the friendly quick service.“

“I do a mobile order (for two coffees) on Sunday mornings. Today as I came in a young woman (Aidan- I learned her name later from another employee) saw me from a distance pick up my two coffees. Then she did something amazing, she kindly said, “Hey Steve. Have a good day.” I’ve never met her so her personal knowledge of me from a counter full of coffees and drinks to be picked up- was amazing. I say, “A” for Aidan.“

“I really like the Starbucks here the people who work here are really nice and they’re really fast at making drinks however it can get pretty busy I love their chai tea lattes whenever I get it anywhere else it always taste so water down but here they make it really well.“

“I ordered a chai latte today with half the amount of sweetener (I was asking if it’s usually 4 pumps since i forgot how many accounts for half the amount of sweetness as usual) and the barista at the drive thru was kind enough to explain the new recipe that Starbucks has implemented for the drink with their classic vs chai syrups/flavourings so that I can know for the future and how to order less pumps of sweetener etc. He was so friendly and kind and I didn’t grab his name but he had square glasses, brown hair, and a goatee. He’s doing a great job and I just wanted to give some recognition!“

“I very rarely write reviews and never read reviews of services such as a coffee shop, but I’ve finally had a few moments free and feel compelled.

I will go out of my way to get my flat white caffeine fix at this Starbucks. I’ve had nothing but a positive and enjoyable experience with the drive thru servers, notably an American girl (who’s no longer with them), an Asian guy, several other girls who’s names I don’t know and last but not least the absolute best is Olivia, the toque wearing coffee goddess.

These guys and girls make my morning start with an upbeat experience and a great caffeine fix.

To the manager(s) or franchise owner, whatever your process is when it comes to recruitment and training you have nailed it with the existing staff I regularly interact with.
