“I am a big fan of Starbucks. I have been to many locations. I usually do online order and pickup but today I actually went in to order. This location was very clean. The staff were very professional and nice. I got a sugar free vanilla latte with the bagel bites. Everything come out perfect“

“The baristas are friendly, and are eager to greet you (especially if you're a regular like myself). One of the baristas, her name is Kylie, is very nice, attentive, and goes above and beyond, making my visits and other customers' visits a special treat. For the past few visits, Kylie has personally handed me my drink in my hand, which makes me feel very appreciative, not just as a customer, but as a person as well. Thank you.“

“I frequent many Starbucks locations, usually via drive-thru, during my work week. This location has the absolute, loveliest staff. Every visit I encounter a friendly, positive and personable team member. My drink is always made perfectly as well. Shout out to this amazing team, and Kudos to the hiring manager.“

“I have been to all of the local Starbucks in South Surrey, and this location is extremely consistent in producing a quality long pour Americano. I am not certain as to why this is not always consistent across the board at some of the other locations... “I've noticed since the reopening after covid that this is one of the friendliest and nicest Starbucks around, I used to avoid this location and drive past it to go to other Starbucks because staff weren't that friendly and the parking was so frustrating but now it seems like the culture has changed, the friendly quick service.“

“i love coming to this starbucks on my way to work in the mornings. it was amazing when the barista, monica, literally recognized me and punched in my order without me having to say anything. THATS TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE !! and i had an amazing conversation with ruth at the window before she handed me my drink and took off. don’t listen to any of these bad reviews. most of them are about things the store itself cannot control, such as the ‘obnoxious teenagers’ that come to chat or the issue about single-use plastic 😂😂😂. this location is by far my absolute favourite 😋“

“Not normally in this area and first time at this location. Stopped here on our way to a hockey tournament on a Saturday morning. Busy location, lots of online orders and 3 people ahead of us in line. At least 5 staff that we could see and they were hustling. We had a large order with food also a hot and 3 iced drinks. The service here by Jacqueline(sp?) was the stellar, enough so that we had to leave this review. She kindly and enthusiastically took our order but something we have never encountered before, she proactively suggested options to make sure our order was perfect and also confirmed details to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. Yes this was the first time we experienced this at any Starbucks hence this review.
Food and drinks came fast and we did not wait long. To top it off while waiting Briana chatted with us showing genuine interest in our day and showed above and beyond customer service by providing the kindest gesture for our son. Thank you to Jacqueline and Briana, these 2 need proper recognition. Overall this team was the friendliest and efficient we have encountered in a long time at Starbucks and seems to be is a well oiled machine. We only wish this was our home location.“

“I just had the most wholesome moment with a barista named Mannat! I’ve been trying to cut out dairy and so in my cinnamon dolce latte I asked for almond milk instead of regular! Everything was perfect, but then I forgot to mention that I didn’t want whip, so as I waited at the counter, I heard her call my name and I went up to the counter and she asked me if I want whip or not since it was made with dairy products. This moment made me realize how she cared about her customers.“

“I very rarely write reviews and never read reviews of services such as a coffee shop, but I’ve finally had a few moments free and feel compelled.

I will go out of my way to get my flat white caffeine fix at this Starbucks. I’ve had nothing but a positive and enjoyable experience with the drive thru servers, notably an American girl (who’s no longer with them), an Asian guy, several other girls who’s names I don’t know and last but not least the absolute best is Olivia, the toque wearing coffee goddess.

These guys and girls make my morning start with an upbeat experience and a great caffeine fix.

To the manager(s) or franchise owner, whatever your process is when it comes to recruitment and training you have nailed it with the existing staff I regularly interact with.
