Thea is an extremely nice worker, my day wasn’t going the best until I took a detour into this Starbucks.
I don't frequent this location, but I felt compelled to recognize the barista, Alyssa, for the exceptional customer service she provided today. I had ordered a featured menu drink, and Alyssa noticed that I seemed unsure about it and kindly came over to check whether everything tasted as expected. I was so impressed that she took the initiative to ask in the first place. That level of attentiveness is rare these days.
