I visited Milestones Guildford twice this week. Service was great both times, atmosphere was quite lively this evening, quieter during the day, as would be expected. I ordered the chicken parmesan, which turned out to be a chopped, pressed, formed, prepackaged, likely frozen product. I didn't enjoy the texture of the chicken but it was nice and crispy on the outside at least. Limited options of vegetarian meals but whatever is available tastes goodServer was polite and helped select options. Since we were two people celebrating special occasion she offered to get us complimentary dessert. However when the bill came we were charged for it. When it was pointed out, they corrected the bill. I can't believe we have not been here before. All around fabulous experience ? hostess and Manager on duty were super friendly. Server was very engaging and Manager came to our table to follow-up on our visit!
