This place has a nice atmosphere. The staff are always nice and willing to help you out if you're not familiar with the menu.There was one time a barista forgot/messed up my friend's order. We politely asked her if there was anything we could do about it, and she offered to make another one for free. She let her keep her previous drink too. :-)Thanks guys!

Once in awhile they hire someone who actually knows how to make coffee but they don't stay long before they move to another location then you're stuck with the mediocre. When you spend seven or eight dollars on a coffee you expected to be well above average. This place isn't even close. McDonald's is actually a lot better for a lot cheaper.
