staff here have been so slow recently. seems like they’re hiring a bunch of immature kids that don’t know how to handle customers and different situations. drinks and food aren’t given out in the same order they are ordered, some employees just stare while another is struggling at one station. the attitude and vibes are not welcoming. standards seem to be at an all time low with their new management

Once in awhile they hire someone who actually knows how to make coffee but they don't stay long before they move to another location then you're stuck with the mediocre. When you spend seven or eight dollars on a coffee you expected to be well above average. This place isn't even close. McDonald's is actually a lot better for a lot cheaper. Once in awhile I have it redone because it is just so Bland but even then it's not much better. They are friendly, however I'm not paying for friendly. Maybe a little bit more training before they're left on their own

This place has a nice atmosphere. The staff are always nice and willing to help you out if you're not familiar with the menu.There was one time a barista forgot/messed up my friend's order. We politely asked her if there was anything we could do about it, and she offered to make another one for free. She let her keep her previous drink too. :-)Thanks guys!

The service here is always great. However last week I came in to get a drink and the nicest girl served me. Her name is Celia I think. She helped me pick a drink based and was super friendly. I went to pay and realized that my app was low on funds and was linked to my old credit card so I couldn't pay! I was planning to go home and get my wallet but Celia was so nice about it and said this one was on her. I know working on hospitality can be rough sometimes.. This girl deserves a raise!!
