I go to this Starbucks location almost daily on my way to work. I don’t pre order because I like the personal touch and they give it. Every time I go in they acknowledge me by name and treat me with respect like I’m special and important. It doesn’t matter who is behind the counter. They know my drink (it doesn’t change) and usually start it when they see me come in unless they are busy of course. When I leave with drink in hand it is always with a smile on my face.
I take off a star for the correct recipe, the temperature of the milk should not exceed 75 ° sometimes the drink is very overheated, it is impossible to drink and also spells the name incorrectly, but the staff is very understandable and the service is of a very good level, therefore these four stars and deserved by the guys
