This place deserves 5 stars. I have not checked the other reviews but every time I order here it is super fresh and delicious. It is one of the best sushi restaurants I’ve been to in this city. Friendly staff as well
Stopped in for a quick lunch here and I really liked it. There are plenty of sushi restaurants in Vancouver but this one stood out for me. The quality and flavor of the sushi was amazing but what I really loved was the soft shell crab! Sooooo good! I highly recommend this place. Amazing food. Great location. Good prices and very friendly and outgoing staff. Loved it!
Great food, staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice little outdoor space, fair prices. Went twice on my weekend trip to Vancouver. Nice drink selection

Sushi Maro Japanese Restaurant offers a creative menu with delicious dishes like Beef And Tempura Teriyaki Don and Miso Soup. The menu is extensive, making it hard to pick just one dish. While some found the rice a bit cold, others enjoyed the crispy tempura and the great miso soup. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing quick service. The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance, featuring wood finishes and blossom trees that give a taste of Japan. Although prices are a bit high, the inclusion of a separate vegan menu is a plus. The wild salmon sashimi remains a highlight, and the large menu makes it a good spot for a late-night meal. The atmosphere has a bar vibe with limited outdoor seating, and the cute booths help create a unique experience for each group.
