This starbucks is very hit and miss. Either their entire staff is comprised of experienced baristas who provide amazing customer service and are fast and efficient, or like today, everyone is brand new and you have to wait way too long, and then they still mess up your drink. Ordering on mobile, your wait time will say 3-6 min on your phone, but it could be true to time or span your entire work break of 30 min.
