Horrible- bought my nephew a cake pop on a super hot day and asked for 2 ice waters to which they told me they had no ice- I asked if I could buy the ice for the water- nope- then I waited 15min and they gave me 1 small room temp water- thanks so much Starbucks for great experience- worst service I've ever had!

Undrinkable burned coffee. $4 for americano that took forever. The lowest tipping option on their machine is 25%!!! Crazy. Never again.

If I could give 0*, I would!!! I had my old Stbrcks card w/10-dollar credit. I wanted to pay additional $15, so the total of the new gift card would be $25. It took a good 5 min of one employee to do this simple transaction. The other staff was asked to help. Again, so many transactions happened (adding, cancelling payments, and so on) even though I came in with a simple request to move the amount from card #1 to card #2 and then charge me extra $15 on my credit card. At the end, I received a new gift card, and a couple of receipts. I spent at least 20 min just dealing with incompetent staff and I was already late for appt. so I didn't check the bills. Now, at home finally checking the card value and guess what? The new card has a value of 25 but wait .....My visa card was charged $25, instead of 15. I hope the incompetent staff can celebrate their victory of earning $10 as their Tip. Cheers!

Ordered a cold brew and got ice coffee instead. I don't they even know how cold brew coffee is made.
The busiest Starbucks and according to some sources the highest revenue generating Starbucks in the region. Understandably so. But also some of the nicest staff and baristas especially considering how busy they are. If you do mobile order give them a couple more minutes than the pickup time.
