I frequently have my order made incorrectly at this location. It is almost shocking to me. It rarely happens when I go to other shops (including other Starbucks). I have considered leaving this review for over a year and today is the day.The staff are very kind, lovely and this location is clean and tidy.
We stayed at the Sheraton South Tower and this is where we got all our snacks and coffee. We don’t touch the in-house coffee maker for the entire stay. This is really too good to be true.

The staff moved quickly and it seemed quick from the time I placed my order to the time the items came out.I was also impressed by the many smiling faces when serving customers.However, because it is located on the first floor of a hotel, Starbucks was not as quiet as other Starbucks.
