I usually come to Starbucks to enjoy my favorite coffee, but unfortunately, today’s experience was disappointing. I traveled a long distance and ordered my favorite chai latte. After I paid, the staff informed me that the machine had already been turned off because they were closing soon.
I was offered a cold drink instead, which didn’t make sense when I specifically wanted something hot. My payment was refunded to the app, but by that time it was already 8:00 PM...read full review

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks every day for over a year now. The regular ladies who work there are super friendly and always make my drink quickly and correctly. Unfortunately there’s a lot of training staff at this location and I’ve found 9 times out of 10 the trainee’s are rude & extremely unprofessional with one woman making me feel very anxious even approaching her as she has a constant look of disgust in her face, barely speaks and never says thank your or smiles.....read full review
