Staff does a really good job with the amount of help they’re given - the staff is patient and kind but they definitely need some more support . Would love to see this place hire a few more people to support their staff better because even though the staff held it together really well I felt bad for them because there was only two people working and a big line up as well as mobile orders.
This review has been a long time coming honestly- I used to hit this place up almost every day during walks throughout 2022 (I can't imagine parking in this area tbh Nice for walks, not as fun for cars) and it's always been a solid experience. I did notice getting the same thing costed a little more here than at other Starbucks, so I hope that means people are getting paid a little more because I'd rather give a little more money knowing people are being treated well than save...read full review

Ordered a hot chocolate off the non coffee menu as i do not drink coffee but had a gift card but my hot chocolate has coffee in it. Why have it on the non-coffee section if I'm not asked if I want coffee added? Its never happened to me at other locations beforeDietary restrictions: Dairy free
