Max's Restaurant Vancouver offers Cuisine of the Philippines with amazing and delicious food. Customers shared Set C, finding so much food that there were leftovers. The famous fried chicken, pancit palabok, and pork bbq skewers were nicely packed and tasted good. The Dencio’s Krispy Pork Sisig came in a sizzling dish, and the Pork BBQ Skewers were delicious, sweet and savory. The BBQ order was very generous with 6 pieces and great portion sizes, though some wished for more portions for the price. The menu has changed to a much shorter list, and some favorites like the Bicol Express were unavailable. The staff are incredibly nice, patient, and very accommodating, providing excellent service and going above and beyond. The restaurant is at a great location with an impressive menu selection and massive portion sizes perfect for families. The vibes are nice, making it a great place for comfort Filipino food. The washroom was pristine clean. Overall, a great experience with delicious food and outstanding customer service.
