Jan 6, 2024 lunch time. I had to use the washroom before I placed my order and despite being busy with another customer, ANNE was most accommodating and polite to let me use the washroom promptly. The drink maker JEFF was totally cool, despite being very busy, he took much care and effort to make the many drinks that were on order—he made it look so effortless and my cappuccino tasted fabulous! This is a smaller size Starbucks for the heart of downtown area , that can be very very busy at times . Its got some seating area and standing areas and seasonal outdoor seating areas. Wish this was a bigger location like the one on pender & granville. Its next to one of most major transportation hubs in the city and business areas so its in handy location for people

I came here early in the morning and had a wonderful experience! The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service and delicious food and drink. Thanks to DJ for brightening my early morning commute!
