Nostalgic! When Save on Food first opened on Campus, I was excited as a student to do grocery shopping! But. It's really. Expensive. It doesn't make sense that it costs just as much/even more to shop at here compared to fancy organic grocery stores like Choices, Whole Foods and Stong's. Standard like all other Save on Food stores but the prices here are definitely higher. I have checked and compared price of many items to what you pay at other supermarkets, sometimes even other Save on stores and everything costs more here. And they run out of products often. It's the only large supermarket at UBC in a densely populated area. Shame they use that to charge more. I hope sometime soon competition comes to UBC.

Drinks here are a hit or miss! Most of the time, it turns out too sweet or diluted. If it's not for the location, I would go to another Starbucks. I gave a 4 star for service because most of the time if the drink is not acceptable, they would redo the drink. Overall, ok since it's close to where I live. I wish they would standardize the drinks a bit more.
