This Starbucks is absolutely amazing. The young lady with the glasses and ponytail and blue t shirt on Saturday September 2 2023 provided absolutely exceptional customer service. It was my first time trying their Grande Iced Pumpkin Chai Latte and she suggested I get it half sweet and I did and oh boy it was absolutely delicious! Fantastic recommendation and kudos to her! Truly the worst customer service every time I come. All the other one star reviews is a testament. The baristas are always angry and or annoyed. But sadly they’ll always be in business and never feel the need to improve because there isn’t an alternative so it’s busy regardless.

I visit this Starbucks often, but had a not-so-great experience today. A male Asian staff member had a poor attitude. When I pointed out that he charged me for three cups instead of two for my drinks, he started mocking me, saying 'Do you want two drinks in one cup?' Later, when he realized his mistake, he didn't express any apology ?
