Starbucks in Steveston Village, Richmond, BC, is my second coffee spot, right after hitting up the joint at Ironwood. The vibe here is cool, and the staff, while friendly, doesn't quite hit that MVP level I've vibed with at Ironwood. No doubt, Steveston's Starbucks has its own thing going on. In the past 2 visits, the overall experience was excellent. However, this visit was disappointing.Time: December 12, 2023 at 2:50pm. Maybe the manager can use the time to figure out which 2 employees are working.Food: I ordered the Peppermint Mocha Latte. It was ok. The BEST service I've ever had from any Starbucks, extremely nice staff even giving me and my gf drink recommendations that were very good actually. The place seemed very well kept and is close to the water so that added to the overall experience. There also was a miscommunication with my drink and i feel like it was handled really well by staff.
