Mobile order took me about 25 mins. The drink is unusually lighter. We found the drinks are not full. I tried to blow out the foam to see the level, surprisingly it occupied half of the cup.

The BEST service I've ever had from any Starbucks, extremely nice staff even giving me and my gf drink recommendations that were very good actually. The place seemed very well kept and is close to the water so that added to the overall experience. There also was a miscommunication with my drink and i feel like it was handled really well by staff.

dont know what kind of practice it is for the staff there to prepare and then throw out a customer's paid order, knowing that a courier had been dispatched and on their way to pick up. the frap and banana loaf could've easily been refrigerated and thrown out the next day, if not picked up before staff left for the night. if you are closed, please be considerate and please be bothered to cancel the order right away. no need to waste food, other people's time, and resources.

Bought my coffee I kindly ask for refill hot water in my water bottle and a long hair blonde causasian girl in the pick up areas rudely ask me to line up again …. the thing is the cashier told me to ask down at the pick up for the water …..I didn’t end up getting how water …. Bad service will update her name .

Starbucks in Steveston Village, Richmond, BC, is my second coffee spot, right after hitting up the joint at Ironwood. The vibe here is cool, and the staff, while friendly, doesn't quite hit that MVP level I've vibed with at Ironwood. No doubt, Steveston's Starbucks has its own thing going on. The chill atmosphere and the regular faces give it a laid-back feel - perfect for a mellow hangout or a solo coffee mission. But, when we're talking about that extra sauce, the Ironwood squad takes the crown. They've got this magical way of treating you like a coffee MVP, whether it's the smooth drive-through moves or just shooting the breeze. It's that kinda service that hooks you in for the long haul. Steveston's Starbucks might be the backup, but it's not slacking. If you're after a laid-back vibe and a legit cup of joe, it's a solid choice. Yet, there's just something about the Ironwood crew that adds that MVP flair to my daily coffee grind.

In the past 2 visits, the overall experience was excellent. However, this visit was disappointing.Time: December 12, 2023 at 2:50pm. Maybe the manager can use the time to figure out which 2 employees are working.Food: I ordered the Peppermint Mocha Latte. It was ok. Not the best one I drank.Service was an area that needs big improvement.The cashier (black girl) coughed out loud in front of the till frequently.The barista (Asian lady with long wavy hair) was handling the drinks. She was not happy. I do have a question…in terms of food preparation, if the barista was combing her hair 3 times with hands and handled drinks, what should she need to do next?Atmosphere: it was spacey and organized.Hopefully there will be improvements on the next visit.

Beautifully designed interior with lots of seating both inside and outside. Right at the corner with a view of the waters across the street. Order ahead on the app was easily to do and we were able to get our drinks rather quickly. The design of this location is rather artistic with wood panels running across the store and the ceiling. Good vibes and very clean. You can even grab some beans near the door to smell.
