“I am a local mortgage lender and have been coming to this Starbucks for 8+ years. My office is right up the street. Very friendly staff and very efficient service for how busy this location can get. Great spot to plug in and work as well as it’s one of the last “sit down” Starbucks in the area. Barkley village is also a nice area to walk dogs/kids/bike ride and this Starbucks is right by a trail system.“
“Cashier was kind and prompt. She helped me order oleato foam and americano. The barista was short. Maybe in a rush and a bit snappy. They lock the bathroom now. So when I asked my barista discreetly for the code she loudly said, "Oh the restroom, the code is..." Wow. She could be more thoughtful. I wasn't trying to announce to the world. Well...the coffee was good.“
“Nice location for studying or working remotely, very big and spacious. The staff is very friendly and engaging. It's a great stop heading to or from Fairhaven. Nice location right near I-5.Parking: Shared lot with plenty of spots by the Starbucks.Wheelchair accessibility: Have tables for wheelchairs.“
“We've been coming to this location for years, and there's always efficient , pleasant service in the drive-thru. (We were surprised that they don't have an eggnog latte this holiday season though, and will have to go elsewhere for that.)Love that this location is unionized!“
“I love this location because everyone here is so lovely. My two cents though is: you should make an express line just for people getting drip! :) I'd move the line along and you'd probably get more customers too due to the convenience- I love you all at this location!! You always make my day“
“This Starbucks is like the Cheers of Fred Meyer Starbucks. My teenager and I hit this place almost every day and the baristas know our orders, joke with us, and are just all around fantastic. Jayme, Ryan, Morgan, and the rest of the crew are super cool and helpful.Everybody has their favorite drink written down on the board which is a nice personal touch. I suggest the Jayme, personally.“
“I am extremely satisfied with the preparation at the Sunset branch. The decision to provide a double coffee cup is greatly appreciated as it prevents any messiness. Whenever I order coffee, this branch is always my top choice. In my opinion, this location should serve as a model store compared to the disappointing experiences at the Meridian and Bakerview branches. I sincerely hope that the Sunset branch continues to uphold its high standards and avoids following in the footsteps of the Meridian and Bakerview locations. Thank you to the manager and baristas for consistently delivering excellent service. I frequently order both coffee and cold drinks here, and I am grateful for the positive experiences I have had.“
“this is one of the newer Starbucks in Bellingham and it has all of the positive and negatives of any other Starbucks – the positives being cheerful and customer friendly waitstaff, quick service, decent coffee and many of the things that have been endeared Starbucks to its customers – if you want to decent cup of coffee or caramel mocha on the run this is the place for you!“
“We often come to this Starbucks. The baristas are very friendly.Parking: The traffic patterns of the larger mall cramp the traffic flow at the Starbucks and consequently hinder the clise up parking. I usually park a little farther away to avoid getting into a jam. I avoid the parking nearest the door.“
“Supervisor here!We appreciate the patience and kindness of our customers when they show it. Starbucks is making it very hard for us to operate. Cutting labor and consistently changing operational hours and a string of managers that just don’t show up. The baristas and supervisors as a whole really appreciate our regulars that help make things a little easier.“
“They stayed open on Christmas Day. The staff who were there volunteered to do so. They were one of two open Starbucks in Bellingham. I have to say they were quite amazing. They had someone outside taking orders (Since the lobby was closed when I came) a nice lady talking to people through the door. It was really homey, but crazy busy. Thanks for the extra effort. I really appreciated it.“
