I tried placing a grocery delivery today. I received delay alerts one after the other. They were supposed to deliver the food to my home between 3pm & 7pm, but didn't begin shopping until after 6pm.
I canceled the order after the third delay, but they still had a poor uber driver drive all of the way out here anyway. After he learned that i had cancelled the order, He was concerned about getting paid for his time since I could not/would not accept delivery. Safeway customer...read full review
