Very spacious cafe area with lots of comfy seating, I was there nearly all day on a Monday studying and I don't think there was a single time all of the seats were filled. The staff were friendly but my usual order didn't taste quite how it usually does. Not bad, just different. Not sure what happened, but otherwise a good experience.
Nice staff and got to try the new strawberry açai refresher !! Parking lot can be a little tight as a heads up. Good inside for meeting and having a chat over coffee as it didn’t appear too busy inside. There are some seats outside which is nice when it’s sunny
Love this place “ makes us feel special “ outstanding service!!! Friendly “ and they Get it right” well done

Starbucks offers a positive and engaging customer experience, with friendly and helpful baristas who efficiently fulfill orders, including last-minute requests. The restaurant is described as clean, and customers particularly enjoy the "worm chi tea." This Brookwood location has been redone, and the updated aesthetic is a welcome change. Grande Pike's and cakepops abound. The drinks are pretty quick, regardless of how busy it is, and it’s a nice environment to relax in. This Starbucks is a great place that customers visit regularly, with very friendly staff and excellent service. They are good considering it’s a Starbucks, and they keep wallets safe. The staff are good. The coffee is as you’d expect. The staff here are so sweet and greet everyone, no matter how busy they are. The Brookswood team keeps up the good work.
