Been going to this place for a long time. Ordered a spicy tuna roll, among other things, it was different..the sauce..idk just didn't taste the same. Other than that was great.
Hirame Brookswood has been my go to sushi restaurant for over a decade. The sushi quality and freshness is unmatched and the staff are amazing.
My local sushi place! Their everything is so good - lots of selection, the tea and sake are excellent, and every roll I've tried has been amazing. The staff started recognizing me and my fiance on our third visit, and I got a hug from who I do believe was the owner tonight, which was so lovely! I'm a big lover of the agedashi tofu and potato korokke, but I haven't settled on a favourite roll yet... they're all good!

Hirame Sushi is a hidden gem in Langley, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere, a wide range of menu options, and fast food delivery. The restaurant provides excellent service, with attentive servers and accommodating staff, especially for dietary restrictions. The food is delicious, with large portions and great value for the money. Vegetarians will find many options, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. The salmon is delicious! Tempura and spicy tuna roll were perfect. The Gomae portion was small, but tasty. Service was good overall.
