“Nice place were you will feel a home/restaurant atmosphere.

The miso blow my mind. The spring rolls seams handmade and were very tasty. The teriyaki beef plate was extremely tasty. Now the sushi was very tasty but wasn't that delicious. It was a little frozen in the center and even if I can appreciate freshness it was more on the frozen zone.

But will be back! There is more in that menu to try“

“I tries their Lunch Menu A: Ton Katsu with rice, Agedashi Tofu, Takoyaki, Miso and a japanese salad bowl (that had some vermicelli noodle).

Overall I believe the price was worth the tray, tasted great and quite filling.

Sushi Hinode has a brighter atmosphere than its predecessor Hyack Sushi, almost cafe-like. I think its a decent replacement for the staple resto.“

“Amazing portions. I love that they put a block of cream cheese instead of a thin “spread” like all the other sushi places.

We’ve ordered different types of sushi and we’ve never been disappointed in the taste or quality.

My only criticism is that a few rare times, their tuna sashimi isn’t fresh. Also since we order take out, they always forget pack soy sauce and chopsticks so I always have to ask.“

“I placed a very large order with a complicated request on packing it all (so our pick up and distribution was easier). The food was absolutely fantastic! It was fresh and pretty in design, and absolutely spot on fullfilled my packing requests. They even provided complimentary items in appreciation <3 The owners were such lovely people and gave a very personal touch to the order. I absolutely recommend Togo Plus in Brookswood. “I usually like this Japanese restaurant, I have introduced this to my friends, students, family and friends. I tried their sashimi salad and boy am I disappointed. I ask the server if it’s a Japanese recipe or Korean recipe, it tasted and smelled like kimchi. I like kimchi but I’m in a Japanese restaurant so I am expecting a Japanese cuisine. The sashimi salad doesn’t taste good at all it even has a bitter taste on it. When I mentioned it to the server she didn’t say anything, I felt ignored. In spite of that I will still eat there ( but will never try again their sashimi salad, not recommended needs to change their dressing) because I love their chicken teriyaki and their deluxe tempura. I also find them not that expensive.“

As a little kid getting introduced to Japanese food, to high school getting lunch specials, and now I come here regularly with my wife for a nice Udon, bento, or teriyaki.

“My favorite sushi place now! I love their tofu twist- a very unique take on agedashi tofu. Ingredients are always fresh. The rolls are beautifully made- you can tell there's pride in their craft. I highly recommend the salmon teriyaki- its delicious. Good portions. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Prices are reasonable for the quality and service. It's great to have a restaurant like this in my neighborhood.“

“Monster sushi is great affordable sushi! I've lived in Langley for 17 years and I've tried ALL the sushi places and Monster sushi, by far, beats them all! The sushi is fresh and even though they might have a little bit longer wait times to pick up, it's more than worth it! Totally recommend!!!“

“Food and prices are excellent. Prices are 2 to 4 dollars less per dish compared to other sushi places in the area. One of the better places we've been to in Langley/Surrey area. “Just had lunch today and while the food was pretty good, I can’t say much for our server. It would appear that she has decided that everyone she waits on must pay her a tip. We had left the restaurant and walking to our car when she followed us outside and questioned about her service. What she was inquiring about was her tip that she felt she was entitled to! After informing her the tip was on the table she immediately turned around and left without offering a thank you. What the hell?“

“We discovered Sushi Musa by chance and haven't looked back since. The chicken karaage and prawn tempura are standouts, must-try dishes. We're regulars now, and always order the Roll combo with chicken, which never disappoints. The staff is genuinely friendly and attentive, the restaurant is spotlessly clean, and the free parking and easy access make it convenient. Their hospitality is consistently excellent.“
