Landed in Langley last weekend visiting from Alberta and my cousin insisted we try Hitori for dinner around 7pm, glad we listened because the place was packed but they still got us seated fast. The chirashi bowl was easily the freshest raw fish I've had outside of actually being on the coast, and the miso soup that came with it was a nice touch. Well, we are still here as I make this review and just the service alone gets a 5 star immediately! Soon I will add my review of the food.
Update: Nagasaki Udon was phenomenal. My bf also said the spicy chicken teriyaki is the best he has ever had.
I very much enjoyed the sockeye salmon, tai, and amaebi I had nigiri style!
