Went to Valley Centre Langley drive through and not the first time they don’t put the lid on right. I lifted cup it spilled all over the car and my leg.
Tried calling them few times to let them know to please check so no one else goes through what I went through and no one answers.
I love Starbucks and usually have great experiences, but today we went through the drive thru, and the girl handed my husband my coffee, the lid wasn’t put on properly and it spilt half of my drink all over my husbands brand new truck. We asked for napkins and were handed some without apology. She actually seemed quite annoyed that we asked.
