Ive been coming to this location for the past 5 years and I love it!
This one of the best Starbucks. Their staff is always kind and considerate even though they are constantly busy. Recently I had a series of horrible experiences at another Starbucks by the hospital in New West while a family member was in the hospital, and the staff, specifically the shift supervisor Alexa had been rude and condescending and refused to do anything to fix it.
