“My wife and I had a great lunch at Freshii! We both ordered Tex Mex bowls—one with chicken and one with steak—along with two shakes, and everything was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was clean, tidy, and welcoming.

A special shout-out to the staff! The young lady at the counter went above and beyond to help when my app wasn’t working and wouldn’t let me use my gift card. She was able to get it all sorted on the computer, which I really appreciated.

Overall, excellent food, great service, and well worth the money! Highly recommend.“

“I have never eaten at chop leaf before as I thought, 1. Salads can’t fill up a 6”2’ athlete and 2. Salads don’t taste good. I was so wrong, my rice salad bowl was amazing and I’m definitely going to eat there again in the future, 10 out of 10 quality and service.“

“Hearing about this place sounds very interesting and I want to give this place a try. Had no idea it was already closing time and felt bad, but I really wanted a smoothie. However, I had a really great experience here. The young lady behind the counter was kind and did her best to help me even though it was past the closing time. You could tell she was in the middle of end-of-day cleanup, but she still stayed professional and made my smoothie with care.

I think people forget that workers are human beings and closing procedures are a real thing and that employees have their own lives. End-of-day rush is stressful and I don’t think it’s fair to judge someone’s whole character off one moment. The smoothie regardless was great, and I appreciated the effort and patience. I’ll definitely be back for more!“

“Stopped in for lunch a few days ago after a morning meeting nearby, and the Harvest Bowl was genuinely one of the better grain bowls I've had in a while - the quinoa was perfectly cooked and everything tasted like it had been prepped that morning, not sitting since dawn. I've eaten at Chopped Leaf locations across the country and this New West spot is consistently on the better end in terms of how attentive the staff are. The line moved quickly even though it was busy, which I always appreciate when I'm working to a schedule. Solid, reliable spot I'll be back to next time I'm passing through.“

“My son and I visited Chopped Leaf Ironwood yesterday. We ordered two sandwiches: a Chicken Club and a Chipotle Chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, both sandwiches were very disappointing. The Chicken Club was missing the bacon, and the chicken in both sandwiches was cold. Overall, the quality of the food was not what we expected. When I returned to the store and showed the issue to the employee who served us, Komal, she immediately started arguing with me and insisted that the sandwiches had been made correctly. Instead of listening to my concerns, she kept referring to store policies and was quite rude in the way she spoke to both me and my son. She appeared annoyed, made facial expressions, and ignored me while I was speaking. In the middle of our conversation, she walked away and called another employee over. I asked the second employee for her name, and she told me her name was Preet. Before Preet came over to speak with us, I noticed Komal talking to her privately in the corner. Despite being on her break at the time, Preet took the time to come over and listen carefully to our concerns. She apologised sincerely to both me and my son and handled the situation professionally and respectfully. My son explained the issue to her again, and she listened patiently. She provided a solution, explained the refund policy clearly and politely, and offered us salads instead of the sandwiches. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help completely changed the experience for us.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way Komal handled the situation was unacceptable and did not reflect good customer service. On the other hand, Preet demonstrated excellent customer service and deserves recognition for the way she handled the situation, especially considering she interrupted her break to assist us.
I am very disappointed with the service we received from Komal, but I would like to sincerely thank Preet for her outstanding customer service, professionalism, and respectful attitude toward both me and my son.“
