“Soupa Cafe is a delicious Esquimalt treat! I love the egg salad sandwhich and all of the meals leave you feeling full and healthy. What a great spot to stop for lunch or dinner. There is plenty of tables for friends and family and the service you will get as a customer is special. Try dinning in and then going for a walk along the beautiful songhees walkway; you won’t regret it!! 🌈 🌊 🦭“

“We ended up coming to FreshCoast Health Food Bar twice during our stay, which probably says enough about how much we enjoyed it :)

The first time, we had a salad bowl and a burrito. Both were really fresh, tasty, and filling. The portions aren’t huge, but they’re definitely not small either. We were completely satisfied afterwards. The second time, we tried the breakfast bowls, which were just as fresh and delicious.

The service was also really warm and friendly, which made both visits even more enjoyable. We particularly appreciated that when I ordered my bowl without onions, I could choose a different topping instead at no extra cost. It’s a small detail, but a nice touch :) Overall, a great spot for quick, healthy & tasty food.“

“Fresh, clean food at this price point. Great selection of greens, proteins (including plant-based), sauces, & carbs. Uncomplicated but tasty and healthy food. I loved especially their offering of brown basmati rice, which has a glycemic index and is nutritionally superior to white rice.“

“We had breakfast here a few times this week while on a family trip. I’ve been to other Tractor locations and this one is honestly amazing. Breakfast is so affordable, home made, healthy and hits 10/10. Staff was lovely. Yummm. Portions are great and we almost couldn’t finish our breakfasts (we did add on extra scrambles but it was worth it!).“

They have a great selection of supplements and very knowledgeable staff happy to assist. I shop at the Lifestyles Market on Douglas Street and I highly recommend giving them a visit! They also give a seniors discount every day for those who qualify!“
