Great place for lunch. Consistent preparation and have never been disappointed. Came in for the tuna melt on sourdough with a side of ranch today. Delish as usual! The staff is friendly and turnaround time is always efficient.
This location can be touch and go but mostly they get it right. Sometimes they forget to put my dressing in the box, or I paid for extra pita chips that end up not getting added causing me to drive all the way back to get it. Double checking orders would fix this. The ingredients however are always fresh.

I was looking forward to this lunch in Victoria BC but was disappointed. The added grilled chicken had a mushy faux texture. The quality and portion size of the Santa Fe bowl is way better in Ottawa’s Trainyards location.
