“I've been to many Pakistani restaurants but Karakoram Restaurant stands out for its authentic flavors and generous portions. The karahi was spicy and savory, and the basmati rice was fluffy and fragrant. The staff were friendly and attentive and the prices were very reasonable. I'll be back for more of their delicious dishes!“

“Had a delicious platter with my husband almsot 2 weeks ago. The girls there are hardworking and quick on their feet to serve to the customers.
The tables were a bit dirty and I think after every customer they should clean it immediately, however, no complaints on the taste, quality and portion size of the meal!“

I have been ordering from this place for years, I understand with the inflation and everything that they have the price increase, and I'm OK with that, but I'm not OK with the portion size. I ordered the beef and lamb mix donair, and it was absolutely massive, packed with perfectly seasoned, juicy meat shaved fresh right off the spit. The fresh, pillow-soft pita held up beautifully to a mountain of fresh toppings, and the elite combination of their sweet sauce and garlic sauce took it to a whole new level. The staff here is incredibly friendly, fast, and they absolutely do not skimp on the portions. “I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years and have always considered it one of the best donair places in New Westminster. That’s why I was excited to visit the new location today.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The donair was cold on the inside and the meat was quite dry, which is not the quality I’ve come to expect from this place.

I truly believe that when a business grows from a small location to a bigger one, it’s because customers love its taste, quality, and consistency. Those are the standards that made people keep coming back.

I’m giving 3 stars because of the many good experiences I’ve had over the years, and I will give it another try. I sincerely hope this was just an off day. Growth should create more happy memories for loyal customers, not disappointment.
