Both items were very fresh and delicious.Also, the fresh baked Rumali roti is a treat to the taste buds.Management and servers were very polite and responsive.The tea needs a bit of improvement though! “Came from out of town, was looking for Mediterranean style food and I saw this place on google maps. If you want to eat something different you should buy the Shakshuka plate. Also the Falafel is amazing.The place is a bit hidden inside a building, but it is still in the ground floor as soon as you enter in the corner of Oak and 41st av.Coffee is really good, they use amazing beans from Milano coffee roasters.“

“Small store but amazing donairs. Best on the West Coast. All the flavors enticing you to another bite. Very large portions if you get an extra meat option. This is the best donair west of Toronto. I am literally smiling from face to face. Don't wait to get to the ferries terminal , stop two blocks away, and your taste buds will thank you forever. Authentic is a word I don't use very often. “Donair Star is a fantastic place for chicken shawarma wraps. I go often, and that’s the only thing I have ever ordered, because they’re so delicious and they’re my favourite. They have a curb-converted patio, but no indoor seating. I always take away, regardless, and enjoy at home.“

“Came to have a beef wrap yesterday afternoon for the first time cause i forgot to grab my lunch. Not gonna lie, but that was the most filling beef wrap I've had in a while. The staff was just one or two in there (i only saw one of them in the counter, probably cause it's a sunday). The preparation was just so impressively fast so yeah. Im pretty satisfied with the service and im definitely coming here again.“
