“By far the most underrated and best bang-for-buck place to get food on campus. Not the most authentic (they use jasmine rice, still good) but tastes good.I've gotten the Chicken Platter 3 times in the past month and never disappoints. It's filling, tasty and satisfying and comes with a generous portion.Service is also good, run by a super kind Chinese(?) family. Very worth your money if you're a student!“

“Went there recently and ordered a lamb donair, and the new lady there made the best donair I have ever had, not just randomly slapped together, but built properly with meat on one side and the veggies on the other side, it both tasted fantastic and looked delicious.“

“I’ve been to Mr. Greek a few times since I’ve moved to the neighbourhood. The staff is really kind no matter what time of day it is and the food is always consistent. Conveniently located by Commercial and Broadway, I would totally recommend Mr. Greek. :)“

Both items were very fresh and delicious.Also, the fresh baked Rumali roti is a treat to the taste buds.Management and servers were very polite and responsive.The tea needs a bit of improvement though! “The food is excellent. If you want a quiet dining experience book for 5pm, after 6:30 it can get rowdy. I do have a gripe though, if the meat and chicken are halaal and the venue serves alcohol, then it should not be designated a halaal restaurant. I've experienced this at two so called restaurants recently. State our meat is halaal and not that it is a halaal establishment.“
“It is a small restaurant that offers fast and excellent food. I am a regular at this restaurant. I ordered a Chicken plate, OMG, I have never tasted hummus like this restaurant, it's soooo good ?, I don't even have words to describe how fresh this taste is. The salad is very fresh, the pickles are the right amount of saltiness, chicken is crispy, pita bread is fresh. “The atmosphere and service were excellent - comfortable seating, pleasant staff and an atypical and interesting menu. Great options - both vegetarian and meat. Not cheap $30 per person if you eat modestly without drinks and $40-50 when you go all the way. I tried the eggplant and spinach boulanis and my spouse had the chicken and lamb rolls. I will surely recommend it to my friends to try for special occasions and meet ups. ?“
“Fabulous. We ordered on the easy to use on-line system and picked it up. The food was being placed on the counter at the exact time we said we would be there. It was still hot when we got home. The dishes were presented for take put as well as if you were in person. This place has nailed take out. And man was it good. The hot sauce os perfect, the chicken and falafel was on point, the sides fresh and flavorful. So good. Best take out I've had. I gave no marks for atmosphere as we took out.“

“I moved to Vancouver last June, and can safely say this has been my favourite restaurant experience so far. The chicken shawarma meat was not the most delicious I have tasted, but the basra/kabsa rice and the house Homa soup was absolutely delicious. My barber is near here and I have walked by it a lot. Finally ordered through Uber Eats. It was nice. Generous portions. I would recommend the non-saffron rice option. I believe it was called basra or kabsa rice. The falafel was also very good. The Kashk Bademjan was a really good appetizer and I would strongly recommend trying it, while the Fesenjoon Stew had a pretty unique flavour, but a little too sweet in my opinion. The portion of each item was very good (almost equivalent to two meals) and prices were decent too. Overall atmosphere and service were pretty good as well!“

From the name you think it would be an English pub but it has Middle Eastern cuisine.We shared Baba Ganoush as a starter which was yummy! Our youngest son had the chicken wings special with blue cheese dip. He thought it was tasty. Our older son had a cheddar bacon beef burger and a Finch & Barley Lager.
