Generous portion and the beef wrap was very tender and full of veggies and flavors. I would definitely return if I'm in the area. One bonus, I forgot to buy a can of soda when ordering so when the food was ready I tried to buy a drink but the guy just comped it for me. What a guy! He even followed up with a food check to make sure we enjoyed our meal. Another note, the pic I took of the wrap doesn't do it justice. One more bite in and it would have showcased the plentiful veggies and sauce inside. Very good.“

“I've been to many Pakistani restaurants but Karakoram Restaurant stands out for its authentic flavors and generous portions. The karahi was spicy and savory, and the basmati rice was fluffy and fragrant. The staff were friendly and attentive and the prices were very reasonable. “I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years and have always considered it one of the best donair places in New Westminster. That’s why I was excited to visit the new location today.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The donair was cold on the inside and the meat was quite dry, which is not the quality I’ve come to expect from this place.

I truly believe that when a business grows from a small location to a bigger one, it’s because customers love its taste, quality, and consistency. Those are the standards that made people keep coming back.

I’m giving 3 stars because of the many good experiences I’ve had over the years, and I will give it another try. I sincerely hope this was just an off day. Growth should create more happy memories for loyal customers, not disappointment.

“My family (2 adults, 4 kids) were hiking in Belcarra.
In our way back home to Richmond, we thought about what to eat and agreed on craving donair.
We brainstormed which donair place we enjoyed and I remembered Donair Tower.
So we put it in our GPS to stop on our way home.
It did not disappoint.
Clean restaurant, welcoming atmosphere.
Friendly service though he was a little bit overwhelmed by our order for 6. He was alone and struggled a bit with the high tech cashier system.
Since we had time, it was more cute.
The food made the wait worth it!
The portions are big, the donair delicious, the fries crispy on the outside.
Leftover were fought after.

“My daughter and I were going to see a show at Theatre Under the Stars this past Friday night. We thought it to be a nice idea to have dinner at a place on Denman Street. As we were walking along, we came across an nice and quiet restaurant named Sadra. No one else was rhere so we decided to go in. Our waitress was very kind and gave us a warm welcome. We got a table on the patio and ordered a platter for 2. Well it was delicious! Very high quality meats. Very flavourful and a large portion. Just excellent food. We will be back again soon!“

Other than that, it was ok..I was greeted warmly by the wife and the husband came and made it... It was average, def have had better. “A great late-night option for wraps and platters, my personal preference.

Chicken/Lamb/Beef platters are $18.49 each, and my portion was happily hefty when I picked it up in person versus ordering via DoorDash/Uber Eats. It comes with Greek salad, 2x domaldes, 2 potatoes, rice, and a heap of meat that gets covered in 2 sauces of your choice.

I also ordered a side tabbouleh that I wish was more dominant with parsley, but it’s still decent, and quite filling with the extra quinoa.

The location was super clean, and the customer service was sincerely warm and friendly. Not sure what’s with all the negative reviews, but in my opinion, if you enter with a smile, you’ll get served with smiles in return.
