I had a sudden craving for middle eastern food and stopped by to order their ‘Falafel platter’. I really enjoyed their falafel, and the they had prices that were just right for a food truck. I definitely plan on revisiting.
We had just arrived to Vancouver and checked in to our hotel. Mr. Shawarma was across the street and I had been waiting to try this food truck for months! I wasn’t disappointed. It was the Saudi shawarma from my youth, but delicious and satisfying nonetheless! Piping hot French fries as well. Very fresh!

My wife tried Mr. Shawarma on Robson last night and after she offered me a bite I had to go back and order one for myself - so good! As well, the personal touch and friendly vibe of the chef and team made my whole trip downtown feel worth it. I will build a trip to Mr. Shawarma into my downtown trips from now on!
