The food is so bad here ! We ordered their Gem salad and it was so flag ! Not sure how one can screw up making a nice salad. We did not order dinner after our salad experience. Definitely would not recommend this place for any meal ! This has simply become a terrible hotel restaurant! Avoid at all costs
This lovely restaurant is inside the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. There are public pay parking lots close by. We were there on a Saturday for the buffet brunch ($65); pricey but worth the experience. Ingredients are fresh; the variety is great, especially the salad bar (salads, cheeses, seafood, and fruit) and desserts (so many different delicious sweet treats). My good friend and I shared the pumpkin trifle and cappuccinos.The trifle was light and fluffy,first-time experience having pumpkin trifle. Wow!The cappuccino was good, a little weak, but good.Our server was a breath of fresh air.,very friendly and efficient.
