“We found our waitress delightful and the food delicious. We highly recommend this restaurant. Tell your friends about it, we would like them to remain in business. Without our patranization and others it is difficult to keep a restaurant going.“

“The food is delicious, the portions generous. My only complaint would be that it's a big empty restaurant most of the times I've gone (lunch) which is crazy given how good the food is. When I'm in the area and in the mood for Vietnamese, this is my go to place. From the Pho to the grilled meats, I've never had anything to complain about.“

“PLEASE get the special b&d chicken rice TRUST ME it is the most satisfying and delicious rice dish you will have in vancouver. the skin is so crispy, crunchy, and flavourful it’s bAsically like fried chicken . pairing the hot, juicy chicken with their hoisin sauce — which is a bit sweeter, a bit brighter than other ones i’ve had — was actually life-changing and transcendent. the absolute flavour bomb of the chicken leg is complemented with the most warm, aromatic, fragrant, mildly-flavoured yet rich-tasting chicken rice and a perfectly (well done) fried egg.

the honey chicken on the summer special menu had a sweet glaze , a slight lemongrass-y freshness in the aftertaste, and a spicy green chili sauce . it was good, but there were wayyyyy too many bones and it was too difficult to get to the meat. the pandan sticky rice was quite dense, chewy, and not too flavourful, but so addicting and the perfect pairing to the chicken.

the salted egg yolk prawns were just meh to me; although the egg yolk paste was unique, the shell was a tad too burnt to a crisp and the seafood flavour was a bit much for me.

we also tried two of their desserts: the banana cake was warm and nutty with a deep, natural banana flavour, while the cassava cake kind of reminded me of shredded coconut with its light sweetness combined with an almost mochi-like, bouncy, chewy texture.

also the interior is unexpectedly nice, clean, and modern. i really liked the vibe !“

“The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere and the staff were friendly. The pho was good,very flavorful broth. The bánh mì had fresh ingredients and a crispy baguette. The restaurant has planted many trees. Overall, it was a decent dining experience and worth trying if you’re in the area.“

“This place is one of the best discoveries I’ve made recently. A total experience!
The unique decor and great music create the perfect vibe for a spotless, incredibly warm space, and that's just the first thing that greets you. The host was super friendly, gave us great recommendations, and even drew a hand-made caricature of us, which was such a sweet touch.
Then came the best part, I must say: the food was a 10/10. We ordered the eggplant curry, which had a smooth texture packed with flavor, and the stir-fried vegetables with tofu (the ideal portion size to pair with vermicelli and white rice).

We were more than satisfied, but there’s always room for dessert, right? So we decided to try (and thank goodness we did!) the fried apple pie with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel sauce.

Best of all, everything is 100% vegan! I love that places like this exist because they prove that eating differently is no obstacle to enjoying delicious, healthy food. We will definitely be back! 🙏🏻“

“From the outside it might be difficult to locate the restaurant as there is no large restaurant sign name. However once inside you notice a very clean, bright and vibrant atmosphere. Very friendly staff that explain the colorful menu and offered suggestions. We had spring rolls, papaya salad and chicken pho. The vegetables were so fresh and crisp. The spring rolls had a very light wrapping and were filled with fresh veggies. The papaya salad was fresh with citrus twist and just the right amount of sweetness. Chicken pho was not salty and chicken meatballs were a treat. There appear to be lots of choices on this street but this one is a standout. Keep up the good work!!“

“came here for a late night craving and was so satisfied! we came in just before close and they were gracious enough to let us in. our servers were so friendly and sweet, they answered all the questions we had regarding their menu.

we ended up getting the b.11 which was the rare beef and brisket pho, alongside their fresh chicken salad roll! both were so rich in flavour—and the perfect portion as well

this was my first time coming here and will definitely be coming back. also shout out to Tuan, he was such a gem :)

“Absolutely one of the best pho places in Vancouver. Choosing between the satay and the regular pho is one of the hardest decisions you’ll make because they’re both too good to pass up. I’m a regular, with high expectations, and have never been disappointed.“

“I really enjoy this Authentic Viet cafe. The food is always fresh and so tasty. Me and my partner enjoyed having the Tamarind chicken wings and the Grilled Chicken banh mi. The food was tasty and extremely affordable !

The pho broth was rich and flavorful, with a deep, comforting taste that stood out. The grilled pork chop was well-marinated, juicy, and nicely charred, making it very satisfying. The spring rolls were crispy and freshly fried, adding a nice contrast in texture. The Vietnamese iced coffee was also well-prepared, strong, and smooth, rounding out the meal nicely.

“Hidden Gem💎! Now, this is not gourmet food or upscale dining but it is very special, down to earth, and a great place to have a simple but delicious warming bowl of pho. Home cooked mom and pop shop vibes. Tried their Pho Dac Biet and their broth is delicious yet simple. It is fragrant but not too salty and something that would be perfect for when you are sick in place of chicken noodle soup. The broth does not leave you thirsty but instead tastes very natural and healthy. I was able to order my rare beef on the side to dip in the broth to cook to my own preference and their meat quality was excellent. Tender, juicy beef. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are great. A comforting and nourishing meal.“

“I love this little restaurant on Victoria Drive. It’s a great place to stop for a meal while shopping along busy Victoria Drive or coming here just for their delicious pho. I went with my mom and it wasn’t busy. The people serving us were very attentive and friendly. They helped us pick the right pho for us that day. It was clean and I had no complaints at all. The pho was absolutely delicious. Probably my favourite place so far for pho. Highly recommend. Parking can be an issue but tyres some parking in the back.“

“I recently visited 26 Viet Cafe and had such a great experience! The highlight of the meal was definitely their spicy beef noodle soup (Bun Bo Hue). The broth was rich, flavorful, and had just the right amount of spice—it tasted very authentic and comforting. The portion was generous, and the toppings were fresh and well-prepared.

The Vietnamese staff (Dawson) were incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking in to make sure everything was okay. You can really feel their warmth and enthusiasm, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable.

“Overall decent bahn mi, I got tofu and veg. The tofu couldnt have been any less seasoned. I'd imagine it came straight from the pack and sliced and put on. The rest of the sandwich was ok, veg was fresh and good so this saved the plain tofu.

“Great vietnamese ice coffee! Super strong and really good ! Haven't eaten here before but always grab a viet coffee while buying a vape next door. Takes about 7 mins to wait for ice coffee (espresso drip into condensed milk etc) highly reccomend. Super friendly“

I got the coffee with condensed milk, spring rolls and pho. The spring rolls aren’t on the menu but are $7.50 for 2.
It definitely took some time to come out but it was well worth it. Lots of flavour in the soup and you don’t need to add anything additional.

First time in the area and with lots of competition in their area so it was difficult to choose a restaurant, but I made the good decision of coming here.“
