“We ordered pickup and when the owner gave it to us, he put it in a convenient big box so it was easier to carry than a plastic bag! The broth was EXCELLENT, coming from an Asian myself who eats pho all the time, the broth is so rich and definitely not watered down, and they gave sooo much beef!“
“When I first started going to Hot Pho the food was fresh and the service was good. Unfortunately over the past year. I have noticed that the dumplings for the soup are not quite as fresh and service has become impersonal. And this point has been shared by friends who are of the same ethnicity. Who have pointed out these facts and have often suggested that we go to other establishments for a better quality meal. It's to bad that it has come to that and i sure hope they regain what they once had. Because it was good.“

Usually at other pho restaurants I can finish a large without a doubt, but there were TONS of noodles in my serving here, I almost struggled! “Love this place if you’re craving something quick and delicious. The ingredients were fresh and the service was fantastic. I got the classic cold cuts and lemongrass chicken, both were excellent. Bun was very crispy and the lemongrass chicken was very flavourful. Go grab yourself some banh mi for lunch.“

“Had shrimp wonton soup, pork spring rolls (combo#1) and a decaf latte. VERY good food; fresh and flavourful! Also, perhaps surprisingly for a little cafe, it was also hands down the best latte I've had in my many trips to Maple Ridge.“
