“This place is spacious and very suitable for families with kids. The food service is impressively fast. It's one of the rare Vietnamese restaurants where the atmosphere is both comfortable and professional. I highly recommend the lemongrass chicken; the chicken is moist and soft. The pho is also good. I often order the Bo tai chanh, but note that the beef might be too rare for some tastes. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Spacious place, very suitable with family with kids.“
“My go-to spot for delicious bánh mì, I always get the deluxe classic with a smoothie/Thai green tea. Crunchy shell on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside, they really loaded up the ingredients! (Unlike other bánh mì shops in Richmond). The flavours are authentic and the price is affordable. I was introduced to this shop by my colleague who chose Obanhmi to do catering for our workplace party.“
“31 Jan 2024Since this was the closest Pho restaurant to my residence, I decided to finally dine there for the first time.Even though I may have ordered a bit too much for my appetite, the food, especially the spring rolls, were very delicious. The server was also nice and we had a good chat. The atmosphere was great as well: the interior was reasonably spacious and customers coming & leaving gave the place a good & busy ambience.“
“Been coming here since forever. Simply no frils pho place. Excellent broth and serving. Service fast and efficient. Old reliable as they call it. Prices have remained good thru the years. Place is always tidy and washrooms clean. Family run place and everyone helps out. Good clientele across cultures. I always repeat! Cheers! Happy eating!“
“I like the texture of the rice noodle and the soup base is rich. The down side is that the beef are choppy and come with small slices in my bowl. The salad roll is huge, you need to dipped your sweet and sour sources every time you bite it.“
“Okay throughout my years living in Richmond. I've been to pho hoa only 4 times.1st time was very bad. Bad food, bad atmosphere, poor service.2nd time was the same. Then fast forward a number of years and Pho Hoa completely revamped because they are an international pho chain. I believe previously it was poorly handled by previous owners until new owners came and followed the corporate revamp.3rd time was phenomenal, they had a special coconut curry pho and wow. Then fast forward to 2024 and I went there again. It was late at night, and I went after work with a co worker. We were practically the only ones eating inside. But man oh man, the pho was really good! I had the pan seared garlic steak pho. Wow very garlicky, very beefy, good amount of steak. However I wish they gave me a bit more noodles. Also the noodles they used are VERY high quality compared to most places. The noodles are very white, and has the perfect chew and bite and really picks up the soup.My friend got the peanut sate and he loved it! I tried his broth and it was sooo creamy, peanutyy, and good sate flavour. Also we both got the fried roll and wow that was one of the best I've ever had. I believe they put in some minced pork, shrimp, salmon, and veggies. Great happy for the pho!And lastly, we devoured our bowls and left nothing. Drank all the soup too. It was just too good to pass!Throughly impressed by Pho Hoa!!! I definitely will be going there more now. And they are the only pho in Richmond that opens past 12am.“
“Baoguette, a Vietnamese restaurant, boasts an ideal location and an impressively varied vegetarian menu. The vegetarian baoguette is exceptionally tasty, a must-try for anyone, while the grilled lemon grass pork chop on rice is simply mouthwatering. The staff are not only friendly but genuinely welcoming, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. Additionally, the cashier's knowledge enhances the overall experience, offering recommendations that never disappoint. To top it off, Baoguette offers a 10% discount, making it not just a delight for the palate but also a great value. Highly recommended for a memorable dining experience!“
“I had the basic Pho with just steak. It was very good with ample beef and not too many noodles, lots of basil and sprouts. The broth was balanced and not too sweet or salty. Free tea is a bonus. Prices are quite reasonable for these times. If I could ask for one thing, it would be a better chili oil on the table as they only had a hot sauce, but to be fair, I didn't ask for it, so maybe they have it.If you crave a steaming hot bowl of noodle soup, you can't go wrong with this place.“
“I did take out pho. I don't use my because it gets cold and the flavors change but I'm glad I took a chance cause I'd rate this 5/5!! It was still so hot, flavours were amazing and one of the most delicious phos I had!! I can't wait to try in person !“

“The best Vietnamese restaurant I have been to in Vancouver! We had the crepe and the short rib pho and both were so delicious and fresh tasting. The pho was easily the best pho I’ve had in Vancouver. Our waiter was very attentive and the restaurant is very classy and modern. They also frequently change up their menu based on what is available. I will come back for sure.“
“Practically a hole in the wall type building, inside is welcoming. It's our go-to place for Pho in Richmond, in fact, all of Vancouver. Not only that, but it's slowly becoming our go-to restaurant overall. The broth in the soup is rich and but not salty. Portions are generous and service is quick and friendly.Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly rice noodle or white rice dishes.“
“Cute little place. Love the piano they have. The service was nice. The food was ok. The Bahn mi bread was good and not dry. Didn't really care for the pho. The texture of the crepes was mushy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Flavors was a bit lighter. The shrimp dumpling was ok.“
“My go to pho list place in Richmond. Their price is still competitive and their noodles are not as salty or msg taste. The only thing about this place is that they only accept cash but that's fine since their price makes up for it. I'm not sure if they still have the Tuesday special which they give 10-15% discount on everything.“
“Always love going here!! The staff are so friendly and personable! The pho is so yummy and always hits the spot! Best place to go for pho in my opinion ?Vegetarian options: They have dishes that are vegan friendly ?Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs for kids and kid friendly utensils“
“Went here 2 weeks ago. While the food we received was good. The male server made us feel uncomfortable. He got our order and stuff and we were just minding our own business, laughing. When suddenly he asked us "why are you laughing?" with a smug looked on his face. He just stayed there staring at us for a few minutes which was so uncomfortable. When we went to pay our food, my partner gave him cash and was about to tell him to keep the change , but he showed a refusal to give our change back or keeping the change anyway. Then he told us it should be atleast 10%. The thing is the change we're supposed to get back was enough for a 10% tip. He also forgot to give the calamari we ordered. It was a really unpleasant experience. I would recommend you to not go there when he is the server. The female servers are much better.“
